Over the past few weeks, Div.1 has been working on a project that involves hard work. The project was called Stepping Stones Mosaics, and just last week, it was completed. This project was inspired by the Greek Mosaics and it took a few steps to complete. First of all, the mortar was mixed by Ms.Perry and Kodi while we were preparing our mosaic designs. Once the mortar was mixed, it was smothered on each paving stone. Then the mosaic design that we prepared were transferred onto the mortar covered stone. After the mosaics were finished, we left them to dry. Once that was done, we sealed it and after all of that hard work, the mosaics were completed and ready to be placed in the ground. |
