Elizabeth Chan, Michelle Firestein, and Colleen Leung are your parent representatives on the School Planning Council (SPC). They are pictured here with Mrs. Hughes, Principal, and Ms. Nemeth, Vice Principal, at the first meeting in January. Their role is to review the school growth plan and consult with the school community in developing the goals for 2004-2005. Norquay developed two goals for this school year.
They are:
- to increase student achievement in reading
- to increase
student social responsibility through safe behaviour
– students will identify bullying behaviours, respond to bullying, and report bullying to adults.
