Welcome to our class.
We are glad you joined us and hope you
enjoy seeing our work throughout the year.

 

Our class is dedicated to physical and mental fitness by participating in a daily running program. We started by running five minutes each day for two weeks. Every two weeks we add another minute to our run. Now we are up to seven minutes. We are all doing very well and are proud of our achievements.
