On Monday, December 12, Divisions 4 and 6 completed their ten kilometre Walk-a-thon! It took about four hours, and everyone came back tired and sore! Even though the weather wasn't great, we still completed the whole Walk-a-thon! Some people were scared of the water by the seawall, anb everyone had a hard time imagining walking that much. Still, everyone helped Basics for Babies and in total earned $1018.00. Thank you all for giving your pledges and donating to this great cause! Hungry babies out there are being helped thanks to you. Division 6 thought the walk was fun but tiring, and hard to keep such a fast pace. There was a bit of rain, but it was mostly cloudy at Stanley Park. Overall, everyone had fun and thought of the helpless babies in Vancouver while participating in the Walk-a-thon. Once again, thank you all for your donations. by Cheryl Sing
